我国行业特色型大学发展面临的困境及对策

摘　　要：行业特色型大学在面临良好发展机遇的同时,也面临着学科优势和专业特色有所削弱,行业服务意识和服务能力降低、人才培养特色、科技创新能力和社会影响力有所下降等困境;从加强战略规划、强化分类管理与评估、给予特殊优惠政策与财力支持、推进省部(部部)共建和高校联盟、搭建协同创新和信息交流平台、促进产学研深度合作等,有助于加快行业特色型大学改革与发展。This paper discusses the basic concept and the evolution of industry characteristic university; points out that the current industry characteristic university facing good opportunities for development, at the same time, also faces six aspects of the problems, such as： subject advantages and professional characteristics weaken, service consciousness and service ability is reduced, the characteristics of talent training, science and technology innovation ability and social influence has declined. Through strengthening the strategic planning, strengthening the classification management and assessment, giving special preferential policies, promoting provincial department （ministry） of the construction and the alliance, building collaborative innovation and information communication platform, promoting the combination of depth cooperation and so on, we puts forward eight strareties to speed up the reform and development of industry characteristic university.
