摘　　要：论文对新媒体和图书馆危机管理的概念进行了界说,指出:现代社会进入了新媒体时代,新媒体时代信息传播的各种特征对图书馆危机管理产生了众多的挑战与影响,应当在其危机管理的潜伏期、爆发期与解决期三个阶段,采取有效的应对策略,以解决危机甚至转化危机。This paper raises the definition of the concept of the new media and the library crisis management, points out that the mod-ern society has been in the new media age, of which the various features of information dissemination produce many challenges and impact to the library crisis management. It should take effective coping strategies to resolve and even transform the crisis during the three stages of in-cubation, outbreak and resolve period of the crisis management.
