摘  要:目的优选连翘药材中连翘苷的提取工艺。方法 HPLC法测定连翘药材中连翘苷的含量。分别从料液比、提取液浓度、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,以连翘苷的含量作为指标,确定连翘苷的最佳提取工艺。结果提取次数对连翘苷的提取效率影响显著。结论连翘苷的最佳工艺为加入70%乙醇6倍量,回流提取3次,每次1.0 h。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Phillyrin in Forsythiae suspensa. Methods Phillyrin was determined in Forsythiae suspensa by HPLC. The four factors, including the concentration of extrac- tion solvent, the amount of extraction solvent and the time of extraction, were examined. Extraction efficiency of Phillyrin was chosen as the index. Results Extraction times had the most significant effect on the efficiency of extraction. Conclusion The optimum technological conditions was as follows :6 times the amount of 70% ethanol, soaking 3 times, extracted for 1.0 h each time.
