耐力胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立耐力胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对红景天、白术进行定性分析;应用HPLC法对红景天苷进行含量测定,色谱柱ZORBAX-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(16∶84);流速1 ml.min-1;检测波长275nm。结果定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强,阴性样品无干扰。红景天苷的含量测定线性范围为0.28～1.68μg.ml-1,r=0.9993,平均回收率为100.41%,RSD为1.14%(n=9)。结论本文建立方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强,可有效控制耐力胶囊的质量。Objective To establish a quality standard for Naili capsules. Methods Radix et Rhizoma Rhodi- olae Crenulatae and Atractylodis Macroeephalae Rhizoma were identified by TLC. HPLC was used to determine the content of salidroside. The chromatographic column was ZORBAX-C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（ 16： 84）. The flow rate was 1 ml .min-1, detected at 275 nm. Results Under the given conditions, clear and specific spots were obtained. The negative sample underwent no interference. Salidro- side showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.28 - 1.68 μg .ml-1, r = 0. 9993. The average recovry was 100.41% and RSD was 1.14% （ n =9）. Conclusion This method is proved to be reliable,accurate,specific, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Naili capsules.
