摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定百佛清肺定喘化痰散中五味子醇甲的含量。方法采用Kromosil C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(62∶38)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为室温。结果五味子醇甲在3～30μg.ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.8%(n=6),RSD为1.1%。结论本方法操作简便,精密度良好,结果准确可靠,可用于百佛清肺定喘化痰散的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of schisandrin in stemona Qinffei Dingchuan Huatan Powder by HPLC. Methods Kromosil C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm ） was used,with methanol-water（62： 38） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml .min-l. The detection wavelength was 250 nm, and the column temperature was room temperature. Results Schisandrin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3 -30 μg .ml-1 （ r =0. 9992）. The average recovery was 99.8% （ n =6） ,with an RSD of 1.1%. Conclusion The method is sim- ple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Qinffei Dingchuan Huatan Powder.
