摘  要:目的:直接测汞仪是否可以准确测定化妆品中汞含量。方法:采用直接测汞仪和氢化物原子荧光光度法对质控样品进行含量测定。结果:通过两种方法的比较得出在测定汞含量较低的化妆品时,其含量准确可靠。结论:直接测汞仪在测定过程中减少了样品前处理的操作繁琐,灵敏度高,具有实用性。Objective:To find whether direct mercury detector can accurately measure the content of mercury in cosmetics. Methods:The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the direct mercury analyzer were applied to determine the content of mercury in quality control samples. Results: Comparing the results of the two methods, it can be seen that when measuring the cosmetics with lower mercury content, the direct mercury analyzer is accurate and reliable. Conclusion: The direct mercury measurement is practical with a high sensitivity by reducing the sample pretreatment operation in the determination process.
