摘  要:目的:建立溶剂解吸-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中邻甲酚。方法:对工作场所空气中邻甲酚用硅胶采样管采样,丙酮解吸,DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,标准曲线法定量。结果:邻甲酚浓度在0.0μg/ml~200μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为y=21.48C-7.796,相关系数r=0.9999;方法检出限为0.3μg/ml,最低检出浓度0.04 mg/m3(以采集7.5L空气计)。解吸效率为87%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~5.4%。高、中、低浓度的标准重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1%,样品在硅胶采样管中于冰箱下至少可保存7 d。结论:建立的方法灵敏度很高、快速准确,操作简单,可以应用于工作场所空气中邻甲酚的测定。Objective: To establish a method for determination of 2 -methylphenol in workplace air by capillary column gas chromatography. Methods:2 - Methylphenol was collected with activated silica gel tube, desorbed by acetone, then separated by DB - FFAP column, detected by FID, and quantified by the standard curve. Results: The regression equation was y = 21.48C - 7. 796 ( r = 0. 9999 ) in the concentration range of 0.0 ug/ml - 200 ug/ml. The detection limit was 0.3 ug/ml, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.04 mg/m3 ( the air sample was 7.5 L). The desorption efficient was 87% - 102%. The relative standard deviation was 2.3% - 5.4%. The relative standard deviation of High, medium and low standard concentration was below 1% by repetition measurement. The sample could be stored in the silica gel tube at least for seven days. Conclusion:The method was rapid and accurate, high sensitive and easy to operate, So it was suitable for determination of 2 - Methylphenol in the air of workplace
