摘 要:目的:初步评价显色培养基对念珠菌的检测效果。方法:本实验室研制的念珠菌显色培养基HKM-CC,与国外科玛嘉同类产品CHROMagarCC及传统培养基沙保氏琼脂(SDA),对相关菌株以及临床分离株进行对比测试。结果:HKMCC与CHROMagarCC均具有较好的特异性,优于SDA。HKMCC与CHROMagar-CC显色培养基均具有较好的选择性,HKMCC对非目标菌的抑制率比CHROMagarCC高9%,比传统培养基SDA高71.2%。8株念珠菌在三种培养基上的生长率均大于0.8。经统计分析,试验的三种培养基生长率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:利用显色培养基检测念珠菌,特别是白色念珠菌,具有较好的检测效果。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of chromogenic medium for Candida detection. Methods: A new Candida chromogenic medium HKMCC was compared with CHROMagar CC and Sabouraud dextrose agar (SDA) for detection of Candida on reference strains and clinical isolated strains. Results:The specificity of HKMCC was as same as that of CHROMagar CC, and better than that of SDA. The selectivity of HKMCC was 9% higher than that of CHROMagar CC, and 71.2% higher than that of SDA for non target bacteria inhibition. The growth rate of 8 strains on three culture media were all above O. 8. Based on the statistical analysis, there are no significant difference among three culture media (P 〉 0.05) in this study. Conclusion: Chromogenic Candida medium has a good effect in detecting Candida, particularly C. albicans.
