肠道致病菌选择性固体培养基质量性能评价方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨对选择性固体培养基整体性能的评价方法。方法:依据ISO/TS11133.2-2003推荐的方法,分别对国内外6种选择性固体培养基进行生长率、选择因子和特征性反应的测试。结果:在受试的4种沙门菌和志贺氏菌的选择性固体培养基上,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌ATCC14028和福氏志贺氏菌CMCC(B)51572的生长率为0.62～0.97,不同厂商的培养基生长率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2种用于分离致病性弧菌的选择性固体培养基中,副溶血性弧菌ATCC17802和霍乱弧菌VbO的生长率为0.05～0.93,不同厂商培养基的生长率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。国外同类培养基的选择因子普遍低于国内的同类培养基,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。7株测试菌株在选择性固体培养基上均显示正常特征反应。结论:生长率、选择因子、特征性反应三个指标可综合、量化地评估选择性固体培养基的整体性能。Objective： To investigate the method of evaluating the quality of selective solid media for enteric pathogenic bacteria comprehensively. Methods： Six kinds of selective solid medium at home and abroad for enteric pathogenic bacteria were tested by productivity, selective factor and characteristic reaction. Results： The productivity of Salmonella Typhimurium ATCC14208 and Shigellaflexneri CMCC （B） 51572 on the 4 tested selective solid medium was 0.62 - 0.97, and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Of the two selective solid medium for isolation of Vibro parahaemolyticus ATCC17802 and Vibrio cholera, the productivity was 0.05 -0.93, and statistical significance was observed among products from different manufactures （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The selective factor of media imported from abroad was generally lower than that of the similar domestic products and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. All of the 7 testing strains showed normal characteristic reaction on the tested medium. Conclusion： Productivity, selective factor and characteristic reation are three quantitive indicators for evaluating the selective solid medium for enteric pathogenic bacteria effectively.
