摘　　要：目的:评价金标免疫层析法检测抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody,抗CCP抗体)的诊断价值,比较与其它三种试剂检测结果的一致性。方法:检测140例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者和146例对照血清的抗CCP抗体,比较4种不同试剂检测结果间的一致程度。结果:金标免疫层析试剂检测的敏感性为83.6%,特异性为93.2%,与其余3种试剂检测结果一致性极强。结论:金标免疫层析试剂诊断类风湿性关节炎的敏感性和特异性满足临床要求,与其他试剂的检测结果一致性极强,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of gold immuno - chromatography method in detecting anti - CCP antibody. The performance of colloidal gold iinmuno - chromatography reagent strip was compared with other three reagents which were detected for anti - CCP. Methods： Samples from 140 patients with RA and 146 controls were selected to assess and compare the clinical sensitivities, specificities and Kappa. Results： The sensitivity and specificity of the gold immuno - chromatography reagent detection were 83.6% and 93.2% respectively, showing high consistency with those of other reagents. Conclusion： The sensitivity and specificity of colloidal gold immunization kit in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis can meet clinical requirements. This method is low cost, quick and convenient, making it worth clinical application.
