摘　　要：目的:探讨小学生唾液溶菌酶正常参考值范围。方法:采用先进的唾液采集管收集唾液,采用比浊法测定唾液中溶菌酶含量,按性别、年龄进行分组统计。结果:小学生唾液溶菌酶存在年龄差异(P<0.05),但无性别差异(P>0.05)。8岁～10岁年龄组小学生唾液溶菌酶参考值范围为0.51μg/ml～7.80μg/ml,11岁～14岁年龄组为0.44μg/ml～6.49μg/ml。结论:通过大量样本的调查,提出了小学生唾液溶菌酶正常参考值范围建议值。Objective ： To discuss the normal reference value range of saliva lysozyme in primary students. Methods： The advanced salivette was used to collect saliva and the turbidimetry method was used to determine the concentration of lysozyme. The samples were divided into two groups for statistical analysis by gender and age. Results： Age significance existed in saliva lysozyrne （P 〈 0. 05 ）but no gender difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The reference range of primary students is 0.51 ug/ml - 7.80 ug/ml for 8 - 10 years old group, and 0.44 ug/ml - 6.49 ug/ml for 11 - 14 years old group. Conclusion： The saliva lysozyme reference range was suggested through the investigation of a large number of samples.
