持续被动活动与几丁糖关节内注射预防膝关节粘连的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膝周骨折内固定术后预防膝关节粘连的方法。方法３２例股骨远端及胫骨近端骨折患者接受骨折内固定术。术后采用持续被动活动仪（ＣＰＭ机）结合几丁糖关节腔内注射治疗，平均随访８．２个月，采用膝关节功能评分评价疗效。结果３２例患者２５例获随访，５例中途退出随访，２例失访。随访患者中优１５例，良７例，可２例，差１例，优良率达８８．２％。结论膝周骨折内固定术后采用ＣＰＭ结合几丁糖关节腔内注射，可有效防止关节粘连。Objective To detect the methods of preventing joint adhesion after open reduction and internal fixation treating fractures around kneee joint. Method Thirty-two patients were received internal fixation. Continuous passive motion combined with chitosan intra-articular injection were used after operation. 25 patients were followed up after operation. The average follow up time was 8. 12 months. Result Knee function score system were used to evaluate the results after operation. Excellent in 15 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 2 and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 88. 2%. Conclusion Continuous passive motion combined with chitosan intra-articular injection were effective to prevent joint adhesion after open reduction and internal fixation treating fractures around knee joint.
