摘 要:目的探讨膝周骨折内固定术后预防膝关节粘连的方法。方法32例股骨远端及胫骨近端骨折患者接受骨折内固定术。术后采用持续被动活动仪(CPM机)结合几丁糖关节腔内注射治疗,平均随访8.2个月,采用膝关节功能评分评价疗效。结果32例患者25例获随访,5例中途退出随访,2例失访。随访患者中优15例,良7例,可2例,差1例,优良率达88.2%。结论膝周骨折内固定术后采用CPM结合几丁糖关节腔内注射,可有效防止关节粘连。Objective To detect the methods of preventing joint adhesion after open reduction and internal fixation treating fractures around kneee joint. Method Thirty-two patients were received internal fixation. Continuous passive motion combined with chitosan intra-articular injection were used after operation. 25 patients were followed up after operation. The average follow up time was 8. 12 months. Result Knee function score system were used to evaluate the results after operation. Excellent in 15 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 2 and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 88. 2%. Conclusion Continuous passive motion combined with chitosan intra-articular injection were effective to prevent joint adhesion after open reduction and internal fixation treating fractures around knee joint.
