摘 要:通过加入增容剂甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA)及钛酸钾偶联剂活化处理的钛酸钾晶须(PTW),制得了一种高强耐磨聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金。考察了增容剂、PTW的用量对合金力学和摩擦性能的影响,通过电子扫描显微镜对比了改性前后的PBT/PET合金摩擦试验后的样条表面的微观结构形态。结果表明,POE-g-GMA能改善PBT/PET合金的相容性;活化钛酸钾晶须的加入能有效降低PBT/PET合金的摩擦因数和磨耗;PBT/PET/POE-g-GMA/PTW/其他加工助剂按质量比为41/41/6/10/2配比,可制得综合性能优良的高强耐磨合金材料,其冲击强度8.4 kJ/m2,拉伸强度61.2 MPa,弯曲强度81.5 MPa,摩擦因数0.13。A kind of high strength and anti-friction PBT/PET alloy was prepared with adding compatibilizer POE-g-GMA, activated potassium titanate whiskers (PTW) and other assistant reagent. The effects of adding compatibilizer and PTW content on the alloy's properties and anti-friction of the PBT/PET alloy were investigated. The morphologies of the worn surface of the PBT/PET alloy before and after modification were compared through the friction tests by SEM. The results showed that the additives of POE-g-GMA can greatly improve the compatibility of PBT/PET. The addition of potassium titanate whisker could decrease the coefficient of friction and wear. When the mass ratio of PBT, PET, compatibilizer, PTW, assistant reagent was 41:41:6:10:2, the alloy had the optimal comprehensive properties, the impact strength 8.4 kJ/m2, tensile strength 61.2 MPa, flexural strength 81.5 MPa and friction coefficient 0. 13.
