摘  要:介绍了二板式液压注塑机合模机构的基本结构,建立了锁模力能参数数学模型,分析了锁模力的特性,确定了锁模力能参数的取值极限范围。针对合模机构中的锁模液压缸一方面受注塑机整体尺寸限制,另一方面又要提供足够锁模力的特点,给出了高压锁模回路基本油路形式,利于实现注塑机自身轻量化。The basic structure of the clamping mechanism of two-plate injection molding machine was introduced. The mathematical model of mechanical parameters of clamping force was established and it's characteristics was analyzed too. The limit value's ranges of the mechanical parameters of clamping force were determined. Because the mode locking hydraulic cylinder of clamping mechanism, on the one hand, it was limited by the overall size of the injection molding machine, on the other hand, it should provide enough clamping force, the basic form of increased hydraulic loop was given which was easy to realize the lightweight of the plastic injection molding machine.
