摘 要:分别制备了不同配比的双酚A型苯并噁嗪/含磷环氧(B/E)二元体系和双酚A型苯并噁嗪/含磷环氧/双氰胺(B/E/D)三元体系浇铸体及玻璃纤维层压板。采用垂直燃烧试验和锥形量热试验两种方法表征了样品的阻燃性能,并通过示差扫描量热(DSC)、热失重(TGA)和热重红外联用(TG-FTIR)分析了影响体系阻燃性能差异的原因。结果表明:B/E/D三元体系的阻燃性明显低于B/E二元体系,双氰胺的加入使得三元体系的热稳定性降低,300℃以下的热分解加剧并释放出更多的气体,及800℃残碳率降低。双氰胺结构中的氮元素未能对提高树脂体系的阻燃性能发挥积极作用。Different proportions of bisphenol-A based Benzoxazine/phosphorus-containing epoxy resin (B/E) and bisphenol-A based Benzoxazine/phosphorus-containing epoxy resin/dicyandiamide (B/E/D) castings and their glass fiber laminates were prepared respectively. The flame retardant properties of the samples were characterized by the UL-94 test and cone calorimeter. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and thermogravimetric analysis/infrared spectrometry (TGA-FTIR) were used to study the difference of the flame retardant properties. The results showed that the flame retardant property of the B/E/D was significantly lower than that of B/E. Compared with the B/E, the thermal decomposition of the B/E/D under 300℃ was more quickly and released more gases, the char yields at 800 ℃ of the B/E/D were lower. In conclusion, the flame retardant property of the B/E/D was not improved by the incorporation of dieyandiamide.
