合作猪生理生化及免疫指标研究

摘　　要：为了了解合作猪生理生化及免疫特性,采集60头合作猪全血、血清样品,对其血液中白细胞总数、嗜酸性白细胞、嗜中性白细胞杆状核、嗜中性白细胞分叶核、淋巴细胞、单核细胞的比例及淋巴细胞转化率进行了测定分析;同时对血清中肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、IgG、IFN-γ、IL-12、总蛋白、清蛋白和球蛋白的含量及A/G值也进行了比较分析.结果表明,合作猪白细胞总数、淋巴细胞、血清IgG含量高于普通猪正常参考值,而嗜酸性白细胞、嗜中性白细胞杆状核、嗜中性白细胞分叶核、单核细胞、血清球蛋白比略低于正常参考值;其他指标均在正常范围值之内.In this study, twelve indexes, total white blood cell count, eosinophil, leucocyte neutrophil, percentage of lymphocytes, percentage of monocyte and lymphocyte transformation rate in blood, as well as contents of creatine kinase, glutamate pyruvate transaminase, glutamic-oxal （o） acetic transaminase, IgG, IFN-γ, IL-12, total protein, albumin, globulin and A/G value in serum, of blood from 60 Hezuo pigs were measured. The results showed that the total white blood cells,the contents of lymphocytes and IgG in the serum of Hezuo swine were all higher than those of normal swine. However, the contents of eosinophil, leu- cocyte neutrophil,monocytes and serum globulin were lower than normal reference value. The rest indexes were in the normal range.
