摘  要:采用外业调查与室内分析相结合的方法,以14年生青海云杉78个家系自由授粉子代测定林为研究对象,对树高、冠幅、胸径、材积和适应性等性状指标进行了分析.结果表明:青海云杉优树家系间的各性状遗传差异极显著,在研究的78个家系中,树高大于对照的占74.36%,胸径大于对照的占53.85%,材积大于对照的占48.72%,冠幅大于对照的占87.20%;青海云杉优良家系间胸径、树高和材积等生长性状的表型和遗传相关显著,相关系数达到0.93以上;筛选出青海云杉优良家系8个,平均树高、胸径和材积分别比对照大13.99%、30.66%和63.27%,遗传增益分别为8.89%、16.75%和28.82%.Picea crassifolia of 14 years old from 78 families open polleinated progeny were taken as research objects to obtain excellent breeding materials of Picea crassifolia. Field investigation and laboratory analysis were combined to analysis the indexes of tree height, crown width,DBH,volume and adaptability. The results showed that, the genetic differences were significantly in the 78 families in Picea crassifolia, a mong which 74. 36%o had higher tree height than that of CK, 53.85% had larger DBH than that of CK, 48. 72%o had larger volume than that of CK, and 87.20% had larger crown width than that of CK. There were significant differences among DBH, tree height and volume in superior families of Picea crassifolia, the correlation coefficient reached over 0. 93. Selected 8 superior families of Picea crassifolia, the average tree height,DBH and volume was 13.99%,30. 66% and 63. 27% higher than that of CK respectively,the genetic gain were 8. 89%, 16.75% and 28. 82% respectively.
