摘  要:针对西北高原地区空气稀薄、进气压力相对较低、发动机功率下降和现有双燃料发动机成本高的现状,在分析了几种天然气柴油双燃料发动机改装方案后,对ZS1115小型柴油机供气系统、供油系统等进行研究,设计出1套由混合器、增压中冷装置和调速装置组成的控制系统,实现了双燃料发动机的正常运转;并提出了1种氢气进气道并联沼气进气道、氢气节气门与沼气进气节气门串联的附加系统,提高了混合气的燃烧速度.结果表明:该双燃料发动机功率维持在原柴油机水平,燃油消耗率明显提高,成本低,在西北地区具有一定的适应性,为该地区双燃料发动机的进一步开发提供了参考.In this paper, a study on gas and oil supply system of ZS1115 small diesel engine was carried out after the analysis of several modification plan of gas and diesel dual fuel engine based on the thin air, relatively low inlet pressure and power and the high cost of existing dual fuel engine in northwest area. In the study, a set of control equipment consisted of mixer, turbocharged inter-cooled device and speed regulation device was designed to realize the normal operation, at the same time, a additional system was designed in which hydrogen inlet was in parallel with biogas and hydrogen inlet throttle in series with methane to improve the combustion rate of mixture. The results showed that the power was in the level of the original diesel engine, the fuel consumption rate improved obviously and production cost was low, so the designed engine had certain adaptability in the northwest area and providing the reference for further development.
