摘 要:在4UX-550型马铃薯挖掘机振动筛的工作机理和理论分析的基础上,应用Solidworks软件建立了4UX-550马铃薯挖掘机的三维参数化造型,完成挖掘机的整机装配.运用ADAMS对挖掘机进行仿真研究,获得振动筛工作时质心的位移、速度和加速度的变化曲线,及振动筛加速度方向角的变化曲线.结果表明:4UX-550型马铃薯挖掘机的特征值为4.4,振动筛质心的最大速度1.06m/s,最大加速度为62.24m/s2,传动轴在0.11s内转动一周,振动筛在0.025s和0.078s时出现了2次加速度方向角的突变,为马铃薯挖掘机振动筛的工作性能和振动筛对土壤和马铃薯混合物的抛送和分离能力分析提供了理论依据.Based on the application of vibrating sieve working mechanism and theoretical analysis, the assembly of 4UX-550 potato harvester was completed using three-dimensional parametric modeling by Solidworks software. Through ADAMS simulation,the shaker's displacement of mass center, velocity and acceleration curve,and the angle of the direction of the shaker acceleration curve in the actual work were obtained. The results showed that 4UX-550 potato digger's characteristic value was 4. 4, the maximum speed of the mass center of the vibrating sieve was 1.06 m/s,the maximum acceleration was 62.24 m/s^2. Drive shaft rotated within 0.11 s. Vibrating sieve appears two acceleration of mutation in the angle of the direction at 0.025 s and 0. 078 s. It provided a theoretical basis for analysis of shaker performance and thro- wing and separation capacity of the soil and potato.
