摘 要:试验建立了一种在规则振荡的KBrO3-CH2(COOH)2-Ce(SO4)2-H2SO4化学振荡体系中加入不同浓度的姜黄素,根据体系振幅的变化量与姜黄素浓度之间的关系定量测定姜黄素的新方法,并分析了姜黄素对体系的扰动机理.结果表明:当姜黄素的浓度在2.00×10-6~2.04×10-4 mol/L范围内时,其浓度的对数与体系振幅的变化值存在良好的线性关系,检测限达7.80×10-7 mol/L;利用非线性化学振荡体系对姜黄提取液中姜黄素的含量进行测定,其结果与紫外-可见分光光度法一致.因此,非线性化学振荡体系是一种简单快速检测姜黄素的新方法.A new method for quantitative determination of curcumin was established, adding different concentrations of curcumin to the regular BZ chemical oscillation of KBrO2-CH2 (COOH)2-Ce (SO4)2- H2SO4, and the curcumin concentration was determined according to the relationship between the concen- trations of curcumin and the changes of oscillating amplitude (AA). The results showed that a well linear relationship existed between the changes of oscillation amplitude and the logarithm of curcumin concentrations in the range of 2.00×10^(-4)~2.04×10^(-4)mol/L,detection limit was 7.80×10^(-7)mol/L. In ad dition,curcumin in Chinese herbal medicine turmeric was determined by using both methods proposed in this paper and UV spectrophotometry,and the results were consistent with each other.
