摘 要:目的观察聚四氟乙烯膜管桥接法修复面神经缺损的作用和效果。方法采用24只家兔制成单侧面神经缺损,用聚四氟乙烯膜管桥接法修复,分组分别于术后2、4、8、12周时行电生理学和组织学检测。结果术后4周时家兔修复侧面神经于传导速度距非修复侧的差值是16.17±1.30,8周时是9.05±1.20,12同时是3.17±1.60。组织学检查证实在4周时可使原缺损的神经再生再通连接,12周时新生的神经纤维发育成熟。结论聚四氟乙烯膜管桥接法可修复面神经缺损,并获得良好的效果。Objective To determine whether using eptfe tube connective method is effective on repair of facial nerve defect. Method The ePTFE tube was used to connect and repair the defected facial nerve of rabbits. The electrophysiological and histological examination was carried out to get the results. Result The electrophysiological observation showed: 4weeks after operation, the distance of NCV between two side facial nerve of rabbits is 16. 17 ± 1. 30, 8 weeks after operation it is 9. 05 ± 1. 20, 12 weeks after operation, the newly regenerated fiber through the ePTFE tube hail passed and connected the two ends of defected facial nerve. Conclusion This method is effective on repair of facial nerve defect. It is likely to be a new method of nerve repair in clinical domain.
