摘　　要：长效性不足是当前高校实施"青马工程"存在的主要问题,构建一套全面系统、切实可行的长效机制是急需思考的重要现实问题,事关党和国家的长远发展,事关马克思主义的历史命运,事关青年的健康成长。高校"青马工程"长效机制是个综合的、立体的、动态的机制链,应该按照长远规划与循序渐进、显性教育与隐性渗透、组织培养与自我教育、精育骨干与影响大众、传承良策与创新对策相结合的基本原则进行构建。The insufficiency of long - term mechanism is the main problem which exists in the implementation of Marxist Youth Training Project in higher schools. It is necessary to construct a set of complete and practical long - term mechanism. It is involved with the long - term development of the communist party and China, with the his- torical fate of Marxism and with the healthy growth. The long - term mechanism of Marxist Youth Training Project in higher schools is comprehensive, dimensional, and dynamic. In the process, long -term program should be inte- grated with gradual improvement, explicit and implicit teaching methods are diffused, education by the communist party and self- educating, traditioal and innotative methods are corporated.
