社会资本视角下大学生“村官”创业的可行性及基本路径分析

摘　　要：目前大学生"村官"创业面临着创业资金缺乏、创业能力不足、社会支持缺失等诸多问题,而社会资本的缺失是其在农村创业受阻的关键原因。研究发现,大学生"村官"通过积极行动可以充分动用政策性支持、先赋性关系等社会资本,取得创业启动阶段所需的资源;在农村社区创业过程中所建立与扩展的熟人关系、取得的社区信任与声望等后致性社会资本,为创业项目的持续发展提供了更高质量的社会资源。大学生"村官"的积极行动、社区的信任与支持、政府搭建的政策平台等,都是大学生"村官"创业计划顺利实施的必要条件。Currently, college - graduate village official＂ face such problems as capital shortage, inadequate capacity and social support deficiency in the course of starting their own business. Among these difficulties, social support deficiency becomes a key obstacle of founding business in rural areas. Study shows that college - graduate ＂ village official＂ are able to obtain necessary resources needed in the initial stages of their business by making the best of social capital such as political support and ascribed status.
