大学生创业者因素的Timmons模型分析——以北京服装学院毕业生为例

摘　　要：结合Timmons创业模型,研究大学生创业者的创业意愿、创业计划书撰写能力、创业能力和创业品质等主观因素,在克服外在客观因素的不利影响过程中,对创业机会的发现、鉴别和评价,创业资源的开发、利用和转化以及创业团队建设等方面的积极作用的分析,进而得出大学生创业者积极发挥主观因素的作用,有助于实现成功创业目标的结论。Based on Timmon self- employed mode, the research is on the subjective reason such as self- em- ployed intention, the ability to write self- employed compse, the self- employed ability, and the self- employed abilty and so on. When it overcomes the negative influence because of the objective factors, it will have a positive effect on the discovery, idenfication, and evaluation of self - employed chances, the exploration, use and transfor- mation of self - employed resources and the construction of self - employed teams. It is conclused that if the self - employed university students are playing an active role of the objective factors, it will be helpful to realize the self - employed goal.
