摘　　要：解决好人民最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,是社会管理创新的根本目的。笔者通过调研,充分把握了湖州城乡居民最关注的现实问题,分析了城乡居民社会失衡心态较普遍、社会焦虑情绪较突出、公共领域信任感较低等现实困境的成因,提出了解决群众关注的现实问题和消解社会心态困境的政策建议。The fundamental goal of social management innovation is to resolve the most concerned focus of common people for their real and direct interests. Based on the research, this paper fully masters Huzhou urban and rural residents＇ most concerned real issues, analyses the causes of social mentality imbalance between urban and rural residents, outstanding social anxiety as well as low public domain trust and puts forward policy recommendations on solutions of resolving the residents＇ most concerned real issues and the social mentality difficulties in
