高压静电治疗高血压病58例效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察高压静电对高血压患者血压、血脂、血液流变学的影响及治疗的安全性。方法５８例高血压病患者均采用ＮＸ－ ９０００型静电治疗仪治疗，平均治疗 ８周，其中 １１例患者治疗前后查血液流变学、血脂，统计结果采用成对资料的 ｔ检验。结果总有效率８６．２１％，安全系数１００％。血液流变学检查结果，血浆粘度、全血低切、全血高切、低切还原、高切还原粘度均下降；血脂检查结果，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ和ａｐｏＡ１均增加，以上结果都有统计学意义。结论高压静电治疗除能降压外，还有降脂、降血粘度作用，且安全可靠。Objective To observe the changes in blood pressure, plasma lipoid profile, hemorheology in hypertensives using high voltage static therapy. Methods 58 hypertensives were treated with high voltage static therapy using SHENPIX NX - 9000 for & weeks. Before and after the treatment hemorheolopy, and plasma lipoid profile were determned in 11 patients of them. Results Total obvious effect is 86. 21% The coefficient of security is 100%. After treatment the levels of viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, high shear viscosity, lowshear reduced viscosity and high shear reduced viscosity decreased. The levels of HDL - C, LDI - C and apo A1 increased. There is a statistic significance. Conclusion Hemorheology, plasma lipid profile in hypertensives is improved by using high voltage static therapy. The therapy can decreased blood pressure. Also it's safe.
