中草药贴膏防治疤痕增殖实验与临床的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨用中草药贴膏防治疤痕增殖疗效。方法用中草药贴膏治疗疤痕增生和疤痕疙瘩患者共１５２例。结果从临床应用中提示疗效与创面愈合后开始治疗的早晚有关，前组显效率７３．６８％，后组显效率４１．４％。结论早期治疗，伤口处于修复过程高峰，纤维组织的胚胎性强，有利于抑制疤痕增生。Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of scar proliferation with Chinese medicinal herb adhesive plaster. Methods Treating 152 cases with scar proliferation and keloid with chinese medicinal herb adhesive plaster. Results Clinical application suggests that the curative effect is related to the time of the treatment and the healing of the wound. Effective rate, the former, 73. 6%, the latter, 41. 4%. Conclusion Early treatment is helpful to inhibit scar proliferation when the wounds is repairing itself in its climax and the embrynality of the fibrous tissue is most strong.
