摘  要:目的检测膝关节骨关节炎(OA)各期患者滑液中一氧化氮(NO)和过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,分析并探讨其临床意义。方法选择符合诊断标准各期膝骨关节炎患者的关节滑液,用镀铜镉还原法及TBA荧光法分别进行NO及LPO的测定。结果骨关节炎患者各期NO含量不同,以中期最高,而LPO在各期中有所升高,在晚期与NO出现分离现象。结论NO参加骨关节炎中软骨损害的全过程。 NO可用作判断OA中关节炎软骨损害的重要指标之一。Objective To determine the levels of nitric oxide (NO ) and lipiod peroxides (LPO) in synovial fluid (SF) of various stage OA patients and analyse the implication. Methods NO in SF of various stages of patients were determined by reduction. The LPO levels were determined by the thiobarbituric acid(TBA) reaction. Results The levels Of NO in SF of various safe OA patients was higher than that of healthy group. The levels of NO got highest at moderate stage. At last stage, the levels of LPO were gradually increasing and that of NO were decreasing. Conclusion The NO involved in the damage of articular cartilage and the levels of NO in SF could be considered one of the standards of the caritilage lesions.
