摘　　要：目的通过注射康宁克通Ａ，观察增生性瘢痕内郎格罕细胞和肥大细胞数量和组织形态的变化。方法本组共９例增生性瘢痕，在注射康宁克通Ａ８ｄ后，取材，将同一病例分３处取材，即皮肤、瘢痕、用药处，进行计量和组织形态观察。结果（１）增生性瘢痕内郎格罕细胞和肥大细胞的数量较正常皮肤增高。（２）康宁克通Ａ可使增生性瘢痕内郎格罕细胞的数量减少、组织形态改变，但对肥大细胞无明显影响。结论通过对郎格罕细胞和肥大细胞的观察，对了解增生性瘢痕发生机制具有重要意义。Objective To explore the changes in hypertrophic scar. Methods After & days, Kenacort-A was injected into the hyper- trophic scar in 9 cases, The same patient was in three groups: normal skin group, scar group and injected scar group. To study quantitative and histomorphologic changes of Langerhans cell and mast cell in the scar. Results The quantitative of langerhans cells and mast cells in the scar were higher than in normal skin. Langerhams cell was lower in the scar with Kenacort-A than in the normal skin. Conclusion The study provided a clue to find a way for sear studying.
