摘  要:本研究根据商业银行分层次管理现状,研究商业银行支行行长岗位的特殊素质要求。通过行为事件访谈法、焦点访谈法、问卷调查以及多元统计分析方法对商业银行支行行长的胜任力模型(软实力模型)进行系统研究。研究结果表明,商业银行支行行长的素质要求包括1+N两部分:"1"即商业银行行长通用(共性)素质要求,包括诚信自律、客户导向、风险管理、事业激情和团队管理;"N"即作为一级支行行长特殊素质要求,包括市场洞察、高效执行、经营意识和关系建立。运用支行行长"1+N"领导力模型有助于提升银行支行行长的整体素质。Based on a series studies of the competency model of commercial bank governor, this paper researches the special quality requirements for commercial bank's sub-branch governor according to the situation of the hierarchical management of commercial banks. By behavior event interview, focus interview, questionnaire survey and multivariate statistical analysis method, the paper systematically researches the competency model (soft power model) of commercial bank's sub-branch gover- nor. The results show that the quality requirements for commercial bank's sub-branch governor include two parts, i.e. I+N. The "1" represents general (common) quality requirements for commercial bank governors, which include credibility self-discipline, customer orientation, risk management, career passion and team management.The "N" represents special quality requirements for the first level sub-branch governor, which include market insight, efficient execution, management consciousness and rela- tionship building. The use of the I+N model will help the improvement in the overall quality of commercial bank's sub-branch governors.
