摘 要:本文从业务发展的视角,以某商业银行分行为例,分析商业银行分支机构企业网上银行业务的现状和存在的问题,并据此从理念、机制、营销和服务四个方面,提出商业银行分支机构企业网上银行业务的发展路径:一是理念先行、逐层推进,率先抓好各级领导者的培训和思想教育;二是机制引导、系统推进,以完善企业网上银行考核体系为抓手,调动全员营销积极性;三是分层营销、重点推进,带动客户规模和质量的双提升;四是服务客户、全面推进,完善企业网上银行业务售后服务体系,推动员工结构从"金字塔型"向"橄榄型"转变。From the perspective of business development, this paper take a commercial bank's branch for sample to analyse the status and problems of the corporate internet banking business of commercial bank' s branches, and based on the analysis, to put forward the path to develop the business from the four aspects of concept, mechanism, marketing and service. The first is to form the concept, pay special attention to the training and ideological education of leaders at all levels in advance, and promote the business step by step; the second is to motivate all staffs to do marketing by mechanism guide, systematic promotion and im- proving the evaluation system of the corporate internet banking; the third is to improve the quality and quantity of customers by assorted marketing and selected promotion; the fourth is to service customers by the improvement of after-service system for business and the comprehensive promotion, and promote staff structure to change from pyramid-shape to olive-shape.
