体育彩票消费中问题彩民判断标准的研制

摘　　要：为了甄别问题彩民判断标准中的条目及确定其分界值,采用德尔菲法对23位专家进行两轮问卷调查的数据进行积极性系数、熟悉程度和协调程度的分析与评价。对2 426名体育彩民进行测试,采用问卷调查法和数理统计法对数据进行分析与检验。结论表明:1)经德尔菲法和项目区分度分析的检验,问题彩民判断标准由持续和反复的购彩行为、购彩认知偏差、失控、戒断和行为危害等5个因素共12个条目组成;2)对病态组和对照组进行灵敏度、特异度和约登指数分析,显示总得分为6分是鉴别问题彩民的最佳分界值,即体育彩民得分为6分及以上可判断为问题彩民;3)以生理状态指标为效标,卡方检验结果显示问题彩民组和非问题彩民组两个组别的差异在0.01水平上均达到显著;4)问题彩民判断标准具有较高的有效性,可以作为相关研究的工具。To screen items and define boundary value for problem gamblers’judgment criterion,by Delphi Method,the feedback data of 23 experts were statistically analyzed in terms of authority,concentricity and coordination.A total sample of 2 426 lottery consumers was assessed.The conclusions show that by Delphi Method and item discrimination method,the problem gamblers’judgment criterion consists of 12 items and 5 factors（continued and repeated purchasing behavior,cognitive bias,loss of control,abstinence,actus reus）.2） By sensitivity,specificity and Youden index analysis on morbid group and control group,it shows that 6 point is the best boundary value to define problem gambler.It means the cutoff point of the problem gamblers scale was 6.3） With the standard of psychological status as the criterion,the chi-square test indicates there exists significant difference（P 0.01） among problem gamblers and non-problem gamblers.4） The problem gamblers’judgment criterion has a relatively reliability and validity,which can be regarded as a research tool.
