太极柔力球运动的文化内涵及其思想根源剖析

摘　　要：立足于太极柔力球运动的"太极"和"柔",剖析了该运动的文化内涵及思想根源,指出:太极柔力球运动的文化内涵可概括为"一"和"柔",其中既蕴含着儒家太极即"一"的整体思想,也蕴含着道家"贵柔"、"从反"、"无为"的辩证思维。其思想根源分别是儒家经典《易传》和道家经典《道德经》。对此,文章立足于具体技术从多个方面展开了剖析。Based on＂Taiji＂and＂softness＂of Taiji-rouli-ball,the paper analyzed the cultural connotations of Taiji-rouli-ball,as well as its thought source.It points out that the cultural connotations of Taiji-rouli-ball could be summarized as＂whole＂and＂soft＂.This sports game not only has the thoughts of the Confucianists that Taiji is whole,but also has the dialectical thinking of the Taoists that softness is important and we should not overlook the opposite and should let things take their own course,the thought source of which separately is Yi-Zhuan and DaoDe-Jing,the classics of the Confucianists and the Taoists.The paper analyzed the cultural connotations of Taijirouli-ball from many aspects of its detailed techniques.
