足球掷界外球技术动作的生物力学特征分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对我国职业足球运动员掷远距离界外球技术的肌电及motion三维图像解析,分析了运动员掷远距离界外球技术动作的生物力学及运动学特征。方法:运用美国产motion红外光点高速摄像系统进行三维图像采集,拍摄频率为200帧/s,对受试者界外球投掷技术进行运动学分析。结果:认为足球掷界外球是将整个身体作为运动链进行鞭打的动作形式,应尽可能动员身体更多的肌肉,有顺序性的"由下向上"进行挥摆,并在合理有效的角度范围内使球离手,方可掷出较远的高质量界外球。对界外球投掷技术的生物力学分析有助于提高足球比赛中界外球进攻战术的发挥,对实战训练提供理论依据。Objective： Through EMG and motion three-dimensional image analysis on throw technique of distance foul ball of China’s professional football players,the paper analyzed biological mechanics and kinematics characteristics of athletes using the technique.Methods： Use the infrared light spot motion high-speed camera system for 3D image collection.The filming frequency is 200 frames / s,kinematics analysis was carried out on the foul ball throwing technology.Results： It reckons that throwing foul ball in soccer is kinematic chain of whipping movement of the entire body.The players shall try utmost to mobilize their muscle,and make sequential bottom-up swing and throw the ball in reasonable angle so as to throw distance and quality foul ball.Biomechanical analysis of foul ball throwing technique could be used to improve foul ball attack tactics in football game play,provide theoretical basis for practical training.
