摘　　要：心理控制源是社会科学研究中的重要概念,本文通过对过往诸多文献的研究对心理控制源的概念及主要的研究关系进行了较为系统的论述和总结。心理控制源是指一个人认为是由自己还是外界来控制成败的心理认知,这种认知因人而异,因此,心理控制源构成了一种人格特质。在研究关系上,不同的心理控制源会对若干过程性的变量和结果性的变量带来不同的影响,同时,心理控制源亦在若干前因变量和结果变量之间起到了一定的调节作用。这些关系的关键性结论对个体在未来的实践也是一种参考。Locus of control is an important construct in social science,this paper focused on the concept and main research relationships of locus of control by literature review.Locus of control is a kind of mental recognition about whether the success or failure is determined by oneself or outside environment,such recognition is different among different people,hence,it constructs an individual personality,as far as the relationships is concerned,the impact of different locus of control will be different on some dependent variables of process and result,meanwhile,locus of control could also moderate the relationships between some predictors and dependent variables,such meaningful conclusions might throw light on individual practice in future.
