社区护理干预对提高偏远农村地区下肢慢性溃疡患者生活质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区护理干预对提高偏远农村地区下肢慢性溃疡患者生活质量的效果。方法通过成立调查组及三级社区护理干预服务网、制订社区服务计划等措施,对48例下肢慢性溃疡患者实施社区护理干预,并对干预前后患者生活质量及并发症的发生情况进行比较。结果开展社区护理干预后下肢慢性溃疡患者的生活质量总分明显高于干预前(P<0.01);干预后不同等级的下肢慢性溃疡患者并发症发生率明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论对下肢慢性溃疡患者实施近距离、低消费的社区护理干预有利于提高下肢慢性溃疡患者生活质量,减少并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the effects of community nursing intervention on the quality of lite in patients with chronic lower limb ulceration m remote rural areas. Methods Measures included developing the investigation group, establishing the tertiary community nursing intervention net, and formulating the com-munity nursing procedure. Forty - eight patients with chronic lower limb ulceration received the intervention. Then the quality of life and incidences of complications were compared before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, the quality of life was improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the complication incidences was de-creased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The nearby and low - cost community nursing intervention can improve the chronic lower limb ulceration patients＇quality of life and decrease the complication incidences.
