摘　　要：专业胜任能力是个体所拥有的导致在某一工作岗位上取得出色业绩的潜在的、深层次的特质,它包括知识、技能和特质或动机等因素。口岸核心能力建设对卫生检疫人员的业务水平提出了更高要求。本文对口岸卫生检疫人员专业胜任能力做一综述,对有关部门开展卫生检疫人员培训提供参考。Professional competence is a potential and deep trait which causes outstanding performance of individual. It inciuldes knowledge, skills, traits or motivation etc. The port＇s core capability construction demands higher to the professional skill of health and quarantine personnel. The thesis summarizes port health and quarantine personnel＇s professional competence, it provides reference to relevant departments＂ training of health and quarantine personnel.
