摘 要:目的研究二次开发语言编制专属程序,以降低分析建模计算的难度,提高分析效率.方法基于ANSYS二次开发工具APDL和UIDL语言,利用参数化设计语言实现参数化建模,利用用户界面设计语言,实现人机交互式图形界面操作.开发分析某电站循环水压力沟道整体结构在水压力、温度、地震、土压力等多种荷载的复杂环境下有限元分析程序模块.结果该程序通过交互式界面输入参数建模,可选择不同工况进行计算,自动输出计算结果及图片,计算结果可用于工程设计人员对比验证设计是否合理.结论该方法降低沟道建模分析难度,提高工作效率,对建、构筑物有限元分析工具二次开发具有参考价值.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the secondary development of the ANSYS to the finite element method analysis on the engineering through a reinforced concrete pipeline engineering instance.Analysis by using the ANSYS program engineering structure is a common research method,through secondary development language of ANSYS,compiling a dedicated program can reduce the difficulty of analysis,modeling and calculation,improve the analysis efficiency.Based on ANSYS secondary development tools,the APDL language and the UIDL language,using the user interface design language,to realize the man-machine interactive graphic interface,developed a finite element analysis program modules of power plant circulating water pressure pipeline overall the structure in the complex environment of multiple loads of water pressure,temperature,earthquake,earth pressure and so on.The program through the interactive interface input parameter to model,the user can choose the different conditions to calculate,output the different calculation results and pictures,the results can be used by engineer to check and verify the designs reasonable or not for the engineering designs.This method can reduce the pipeline modeling difficulty,improve work efficiency,it has reference value and guiding significance to the finite element analysis tool secondary development to the building and structures.
