摘 要:目的为了探讨混凝土内部钢筋的腐蚀机理,便于能够对结构恶化问题提供不同的解决方法,提高混凝土结构的使用寿命.方法通过研究碳化腐蚀和氯化物腐蚀来预测钢筋混凝土结构的使用寿命.混凝土碳化使用寿命预测认为混凝土中钢筋一旦开始锈蚀,则在较短的时间内就会引起混凝土保护层开裂、脱落,致使结构构件的承载力下降,从而严重影响其使用寿命.因此,碳化使用寿命预测是将钢筋开始锈蚀的时间作为结构构件适用性终结标志.并与一般劣化外力作用的计算方法进行对比.结果保护层厚度和混凝土类型及环境湿度影响混凝土内部钢筋的腐蚀,进而影响结构的使用寿命.通过分析工程状况可知,混凝土保护层厚度过薄是导致桥梁结构过早破坏的主要原因之一.结论通常为了获得尽量长寿命的结构,必须设计足够的混凝土保护层厚度.在设计中要尽量控制好保护层厚度和混凝土配合比,以提高结构的耐久性.To investigate internal corrosion mechanism of steel reinforced concrete,facilitate to provide different solutions to structural deterioration problems,and improve the service life of concrete structures,in this paper we studied the carbonization corrosion and chloride corrosion to predict the service life of reinforced concrete,predicted that once the steel start to rust,it can cause a cracking of concrete cover in a relatively short period of time and falling off,and then decreasing the bearing capacity of structures,and seriously affect its service life.As a result,the service life of the carbide prediction is to rebar corrosion time to start as a marker of applicability end structures.and compared with the calculation method of external force general degradation,make the results more accurate.Cover thickness and concrete types and environmental humidity affect the corrosion of reinforced concrete,and then they affect the service life of bridge structure.By analyzing the engineering situation we knew that too thin of concrete cover thickness is one of the most important factors to lead to premature failure of bridge structure.In order to improve the durability of bridge structure we must try to control the thickness of concrete cover and concrete proportion in the design of concrete bridge.
