输尿管支架管在泌尿外科的临床实用价值

摘　　要：目的:总结临床泌尿外科中应用输尿管支架管治疗泌尿系统疾病的优越性以及对其并发症的防治。方法:通过对112例泌尿系统疾病患者在泌尿外科中应用输尿管支架管的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对临床中应用输尿管支架管的疾病类型、手术结果、并发症及其防治方法进行概括性总结。结果:输尿管支架管在临床泌尿系统疾病中以肾及输尿管结石以及尿路梗阻较多(P<0.05),分别为48例(42.9%)及41例(36.6%);术中输尿管支架管放置均成功,术后常见的并发症主要有膀胱刺激、血尿(P<0.05),分别为51例(45.5%)及45例(40.2%)。结论:输尿管支架管广泛适用于临床泌尿外科,合理的应用可以有效减低并发症的发生率,提高临床使用的有效率。Objective：To summarize the superiority of the ureteral stent in the treatment of urinary system diseases and the preventions of the complications.Methods：The clinical data of 112 cases receiving ureteral stents were retrospectively analyzed,and the type of disease,surgical outcomes,complications and prevention methods were also summarized.Results：Ureteral stents were generally used in the renal calculi and ureteral calculi,urinary tract obstruction（P0.05）,and for 48 cases（42.9%） and 41 cases（36.6%） respectively.The ureteral stents were placed successfully,and the common complications were bladder irritation,hematuria（P0.05）,and for 51 cases（45.5%） and 45 cases（40.2%） respectively.Conclusions：Ureteral stent is widely used in clinical urology.If it was used reasonably,it could be effective in reducing the incidence of complications and the efficiency will be improved in clinic.
