Xs-800i分析仪血小板计数警示与手工法复查的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用Xs-800i分析仪进行血小板计数出现警示和提示性信息时,与手工法计数及显微镜观察血小板形态复核的相关性。方法:使用Xs-800i分析仪检测标本,对血小板计数有警示的标本,采用手工法进行血小板计数和显微镜观察,结合分析仪计数及直方图进行相关性分析。结果:仪器法血小板计数出现警示时,检测结果与手工法计数结果差异较大,显微镜可观察到红细胞碎片、血小板聚集、巨大血小板、小红细胞等。结论:运用Xs-800i分析仪进行血小板计数出现警示及提示性信息时,应采用手工法及涂片染色镜检对标本复检,综合手工计数与显微镜形态观察结果作为最终检查结果。Objective：To explore the correlation of warning symbol or other prompting messages appeared in platelets count by Xs-800i analyzer and the recheck of platelet morphology by microscope.Methods：Xs-800i analyzer was used to test the specimens.If Xs-800i analyzer warned,microscope was used to test the specimens again.Results：When Xs-800i analyzer warned,there were a lot of differences between the results of microscopes and Xs-800i analyzer,red cell debris,platelet aggregation,giant platelets,small red cells could be observed under microscope.Conclusion：When warning symbol or other prompting messages appeared in platelets count by Xs-800i analyzer,manual method and smear stain test under microscope should be used to recheck,final results were concluded by manual method and morphology observation under microscope.
