摘 要:针对直接醇类燃料电池阴极铂(Pt)催化剂的缺点,研究了碳化钨(WC)增强的金钯铂-碳化钨/碳(AuPdPt-WC/C)新型复合贵金属催化剂.采用间歇微波加热法和硼氢化钠现场还原法相结合制备了碳化钨增强的AuPdPt-WC/C复合催化剂,借助XRD,SEM,EDS等进行物理表征,并测试AuPdPt-WC/C复合催化剂的电化学活性.结果证明,与Pt/C催化剂相比,复合催化剂的氧还原起始电位正向移动了约90mV,其电流密度也较大,有效地使过电位减小,在相同的条件下,AuPdPt-WC/C催化剂有更好的催化氧还原活性.Taking into account the shortcomings of the Pt cathode catalyst used in direct alcohol fuel ceils (DAFC), the authors researched a new WC-enhanced AuPdPt-WC/C composite precious metal catalyst. Intermittent microwave heating method and on-site reduction method were used in combination to prepare the AuPdPt-WC/C composite catalyst, XRD, SEM and EDS were used to characterize it, and its electro- chemical activity was tested. The results indicated that compared with the Pt/C catalyst, the initial poten- tial of the composite catalyst moved forward by approximately 90 mV, and its current density was higher. Under the same conditions, the AuPdPt-WC/C catalyst had higher oxygen reduction catalytic activity than the Pt/C catalyst.
