摘　　要：随着企业信息化技术不断发展,企业越来越重视其核心业务,将非核心业务外包给其它专业化企业,业务流程外包(Business Process Outsourcing,BPO)应运而生.从介绍BPO工作流入手,通过当前BPO工作流构成特点分析,结合面向服务架构(SOA),采用服务—工作流映射模型,对BPO业务逻辑服务封装的方法及步骤进行描述,并设计了一个SOA架构下的BPO投诉管理系统工作流模型,具有松散耦合、可扩展、复用、易维护等特点.With the development of enterprise information technology, enterprises pay more and more at- tention to their core business and outsource their non-core business to other professional companies. As a result, BPO （business process outsourcing） arises at the historic moment. This article gives an introduc- tion to BPO workflow, analyzes the structure characteristics of current BPO workflow and, based on the SOA （service-oriented architecture）, presents a description of the methods and steps of BPO business logic service encapsulation with the service-workflow mapping model. Then a BPO complaints workflow man- agement system model is designed in the case of SOA architecture, which is characterized by loosely cou- pling, extensibility, re-usability and easiness for maintenance.
