摘　　要：目的　探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术 ( uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,UPPP)的疗效。方法　回顾性总结 1993年 7月～ 1999年 7月所施行的 UPPP治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 ( obstructive sleep apnea sydrome,OSAS) 3 7例。结果　总有效率为 92 .6% ,随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,效果满意。结论　 UPPP是治疗 OSAS的有效手术方法 ,特别适用于咽部狭窄患者 ,安全可靠 。Objective To evaluate the results of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP).Methods Thirty seven cases of UPPP operations from July 1993 to July 1998 in this hospital were reviewed.Results The general effective rate was 92.6%. 6~24 months follow up showed that the results were satisfactory.Conclusion UPPP is one of the effective methods to treat obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS),especially for OSAS with stricture in pharyngeal cavity.It has less damage,less operative complications and so on.
