摘  要:从外加剂、脱模材料及配合比等方面分析了各因素对聚羧酸混凝土表观气泡的影响规律及改性方法。研究结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂种类及含气量控制方式对混凝土外观质量影响较大;水溶性脱模剂对聚羧酸混凝土外观的改善效果优于油类脱模剂;在脱模剂中掺入一定量的缓凝剂对混凝土外观质量有一定的改善作用;降低用水量或提高胶材用量能有效提高混凝土的外观质量。The affecting laws and improvement method of apparent bubble of polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete are investigated by the factors of the additives, release agent and mixture ratio design. The research results show that the kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and control method of air-entraining agent can greatly affect on the quality of the apparent bubble of concrete. Using water-based release agent and mixing a certain amount of setting retarder into the re- lease agent can make the concrete have a good appearance effect. Besides, reducing the account of water or improving the binding materials content can also improve the quality of the concrete appearance.
