摘 要:选择3种碳载体采用乙二醇回流法制备Pt/C催化剂,通过BET对碳载体进行孔径分析,通过TEM对催化剂的形貌和粒径进行表征,采用电化学方法比较了不同碳载体制备催化剂的催化活性。结果表明:3种碳载体中S770孔径集中在2~3 nm,Pt/S770催化剂的电化学活性面积最高,达到75.6 m2/g,较适宜作为PEMFC催化剂的载体碳材料。The Pt/C catalysts are prepared from three different carbon supports using the gly- col reflux method. By BET analysis, the porosities of the carbon supports are analyzed, and the struc- ture and morphology of each catalyst is characterized by TEM. Catalytic activities of catalysts prepared from different carbon supports are tested by the electrochemical method. The results show that among the three kinds of carbon supports, Pt/S770 shows the highest electrochemical activity area of 75.6 m2/g, with a pore size of 2 -3nm. It is suggested that this material is a promising candidate to be used as carbon support for the PEMFC catalyst.
