摘　　要：介绍了SEL-16A型SO2鼓风机存在问题及改造措施。通过重新修复改造,该风机成功应用在新建的350 kt/a硫酸系统中。改造后SO2风机流量保持在1.4×105m3/h左右,风机轴振在0.7 mm/s左右,壳振均在1.0 mm/s以下,相比改造前的风机振动值降低了80%。风机修复再利用后,简化了启动操作,优化了控制操作,提高了风机整体性能。The problems with SEL-16A sulphur dioxide blower and repair measures are described. After repair, the blower was reused successfully in a new 350 kt/a sulphur system with the flow of about 1.4x105m3/h. The shaft vibration value was around 0.7 mm/s and shell vibration value below 1.0 ram/s, reducing by 80% com- pared to those before repair. In addition, the operation was simplified, the control operation was optimized and the overall performance was improved.
