黄淮海平原中小城市内涝成因浅析——以河南省商丘市为例

摘　　要：选择城市频发的暴雨内涝灾害为研究对象,以商丘为例分析其强降水演变、城市化发展和雨岛效应等多种要素对内涝灾害的影响,对黄淮海平原中小城市的内涝趋势与防控做出一些浅显的分析及建议.Selecting rainstorm waterlogging in cities as research object,taking Shangqiu as an example,the effects of its strong precipitation,the evolution of city development and rain island effect on waterlogging disaster were analyzed.Waterlogging trend and control for small and medium city in inland plain were given.
