江苏省区域协调发展的趋向及路径

摘　　要：在解析"协调"的基本概念的基础上,提出区域协调是在各自目标与路径下的关系和谐,不追求水平的一致性,进而从4个方面对新时期区域协调发展的总体内涵加以界定,指出区域协调应当目标差异化、优势互补化、职能特色化、发展人本化.通过分析江苏全省区域协调发展的现状态势,对全省的区域关系、发展趋向进行预测.研究认为,今后全省区域互补性将日渐增强、联动发展和互补融合成为主流.进而从三大区域协调发展、城市带(轴)内外协调发展两个层面系统提出全省区域协调发展的具体目标、实现路径以及相关政策.On the basis of the basic concept of＂coordination＂,the＂regional coordination＂is harmonious relationship in their respective goal and path,not the the consistent level of development.And then from four aspects,the overall connotation of regional coordinated development in the new period are defined,and it is point out that the regional coordination should be with target differentiation,complementary advantages,function characteristic,and development humanism.Through the analysis of the present situation of regional development of Jiangsu Province,the regional relations and development trend are forecasted.The result shows that the complementarity of Jiangsu Province will increase,and the joint development and integration will become the mainstream.From the views of three regions’ coordinated development,and urban bel（t axis）coordination development inside and outside,the regional coordinated development goals,paths and related policies of Jiangsu Province were put forward.
