摘 要:目的了解肠内营养治疗的并发症发生特点。方法对肠内营养治疗的483例患者相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果肠内营养治疗相关并发症发生率为45.34%(219例),其中胃肠道并发症发生率为33.75%(163例),代谢性并发症发生率为9.73%(47例),机械性并发症发生率为1.86%(9例)。针对并发症执行相关对策591次。结论肠内营养治疗的相关并发症难以避免,及时采取相应对策可减少并发症发生。Objective To understand the characteristics of the complications of enteral feeding. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in 483 patients who were given enteral feeding. Results The percentage of com- plications related to enteral feeding was 45.34% (219 cases), including 33.75% (163 cases) gastrointestinal complica- tions, 9.37% (47 cases) metabolic complications, and 1.86% (9 cases) mechanical complications. Relevant countermea- sures were conducted for 591 times. Conclusion Although complications of enteral feeding is unavoidable, and the ap- plication of proper countermeasures can decrease the probability of complications.
